Welcome to Pitchside Supply. By accessing or making a purchase from our store, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

1. General

Pitchside Supply operates as an online store offering fan version, player version, kids, and retro football shirts. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission to shop with us.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be confirmed through our website checkout.

  • We currently accept GCash and Bank Transfer for payments.

  • Orders paid via manual checkout require customers to send us a DM with their order number for payment instructions.

  • Orders are processed once payment is verified.

3. Pre-Orders

Most of our items are pre-order, with arrival times of 7–10 working days (excluding weekends & holidays).
Delays caused by customs, courier, or holiday volume are beyond our control.

4. Pricing & Additional Options

Prices listed on our website are final unless otherwise stated.
Optional add-ons (e.g., name & number, sleeve patches) will reflect on the final checkout price when toggled.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Standard shipping takes 7–10 working days after payment.

  • Working days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Once shipped, delivery time depends on courier performance.

  • We are not liable for courier delays, customs processing, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged items with tags intact.

  • Size issues, change of mind, or incorrect orders made by the customer are not eligible for return.

  • Customer must shoulder the return shipping fee.

  • All concerns must be reported to our Instagram page with clear photos/videos within 48 hours of receiving the item.

7. Player Version Availability

Not all shirts are available in player version.
If a customer orders player version and it is not available, we will:

  1. Ship the fan version instead

  2. Refund the additional payment made
    We encourage customers to DM us first if they strictly want a player version only.

8. Product Variation

Colors, patches, and minor details may vary slightly due to lighting, manufacturing batches, or screen display differences.

9. Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions

Any fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or abusive behavior toward staff may result in order cancellation and blacklisting.
