How to Order — The Ninety Club

1. Choose your shirt on the website and add to cart.
2. Checkout and complete the order.
3. After checkout, DM us your order number or the name used at checkout so we can send your payment QR code.
4. Pay via QR (GCash or GoTyme). We’ll confirm once payment is received.
   • Want COD? DM us first — COD is only available for on-hand items and subject to availability.
5. We’ll prepare & ship your order via LBC once payment is confirmed. 📦
6. Delivery times:
   • On-hand items: 1–2 days (within Metro Manila whenever available)
   • Pre-orders / personalized: 7–10 working days (may have small delays during high volume)
7. Tracking: We’ll send your tracking number once packages are sorted (we’re handling large volumes, so tracking is sent in batches).
8. Sizing help: Unsure about size? DM your height & weight and we’ll recommend the best fit.
9. Returns & exchanges: Only for damaged or wrong items. No returns for size issues. Customer pays return shipping. All concerns handled via IG DM.
