What To Expect.

We run on a batch import system, so your tracker may not move right away β€” here's exactly what's happening at each stage.

Order Placed

You've secured your kit β€” keep your order number handy.

Payment Confirmed

Scan the QR code to pay, then send us your receipt so we can confirm it.

Batch Closes

Your order joins the current import batch once payment is confirmed.

In Transit

Imported and on the way β€” typically 7–10 working days after the batch closes.

Delivered

Your kit arrives at your door. Time to suit up.

  • Not necessarily. We batch-import orders, so tracking often doesn't move until your batch closes and ships β€” check the timeline above for where you likely are.

  • Send us a screenshot of your GCash/bank receipt with your order number and we'll confirm it on our end.

  • Message us with your order number as soon as possible β€” we can usually accommodate changes before your batch closes.

  • Try opening the tracker link directly in a new tab. If it still asks you to log in, message us your order number and we'll check on it directly.
